Collecting Icons

I find that incorporating pictures or sketches to illustrate different exercise activities to be very helpful. Here are some examples of illustrations of different possible stretches. These can either be used so that some one can do them independently in their own routine or used when direct instruction cannot be given.

Comments made

Here are some quates made from two different parents that have commented about Exercise programs.

"I wanted to let you know that Cassie is really looking forward to working out again this afternoon...which is a big change for her. And it's so good to know that, with your assistance, she can more fully participate and do the exercises correctly so she can really benefit from her club membership and the activities she wants to participate in."

"Angela" Mcguire

"Hi Mark,

Thanks so much for working with Aaron in the pool today! He had such
a great time. It was good for him to stretch and move in ways that
he is not able to on land.
I also like how he was instantly comfortable with you and how careful
and skilled you were with him."
